Dear customer, Our warranty policy is governed by our Official distributor, Our low and competitive prices may reflect the quality of our 100% Fresh products. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, We Make An Effort To Offer Quality Products At A Low Price.

AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEES

We guarantee that our products will be shipped in original sealed boxes and with their verifiable barcodes. We do not extract cigars from their original box unless requested by the customer. (Method Requested by some countries to avoid withholdings and high tax payments)

AUTHENTICITY STAMPS AND BANDS

All our products can be verified with your barcode on the official page of Habanos S.A (HERE), (We do not accept personal verification methods) The only method of verification of Cuban cigars is through the barcode.

INSPECTION OF ORDER AND CIGARS

In some cases we must open the boxes and carry out an inspection of the cigars, this Inspection is carried out for a single Reason.

1. Verification of Cigars (Deterioration and Moisture)

You have made a purchase on HABANOS EXPRESS.COM By doing so, you accept the terms and conditions linked to this site. These are applicable to all orders placed and processed on our site.

Delivery Guarantee

Delivery is guaranteed except in situations that arise by error of the Customer such as:

- Incorrect or insufficient address

- Change of address due to relocation or moving

- Failed delivery due to the customer not being present at the delivery address

- Supposed loss of the package (s) after delivery (the package is shown delivered but the Customer says that they have not received the package)

Customer acknowledges that NO REFUND IS DUE if package is not delivered to Customer due to one of the above reasons.

The delivery guarantee does NOT cover packages re-shipped as a replacement for undelivered orders covered by the delivery guarantee. In other words, if HABANOS EXPRESS is resending you a particular order due to a previous delivery problem, there is no refund of any kind, if the replacement package does not appear.

Last but not least, the delivery guarantee claim period is 3 months from the time the order is shipped. No claim will be accepted beyond this period.

Return policy If products are defective or broken on arrival, please contact us within 7 DAYS of receipt of cigars for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning the cigars to us. We will send a replacement or refund your money according to your preference as soon as we receive the defective products
